S.R.T Med-Staff will provide you with a complimentary consultation to determine the level of care you or your family member may need. This initial consultation is absolutely free, regardless of whether you choose S.R.T Med-Staff as your care provider or not.

S.R.T Med-Staff will ensure that your loved one is cared for by the right person with the right skills as well as take into consideration any linguistic or cultural sensitivities that may be required. Our supervisors continuously monitor and assess each individual case to ensure the right care is provided at the right time.

NOT ALL PERSONAL CARE IS A PERSONAL EXPENSE

Many of our services are funded by the government, insurance or community organizations. S.R.T Med-Staff will develop a Personal Care Plan to assist you in determining what services are required and if those services are funded. In the event that some required services are not funded, S.R.T Med-Staff will work with you to help develop a plan that meets your needs without taxing the family's resources.
